## What is Sacred Act?

Your life is a meditation.

The Sacred Act gives you a real contemplative practice at the moment you need it. You say what is happening in your own words, wherever you happen to be, and one practice is chosen for that and spoken to you from the first breath to the last, drawn from the traditions that have carried people through the same thing for centuries.

The guide is one presence, the same wherever you meet it, carrying the contemplative wisdom of the traditions humanity has developed, their living manuals and source texts, the wisdom of the body and a long understanding of the human mind. It knows when to speak and when to step back, and it trusts silence as much as speech, because the gaps between the words are where the work happens.

What comes of it is what the traditions have always offered: wisdom, protection, clarity, alignment, and a mind that can rest in an age built to keep it restless.

The mission is spiritual sovereignty, your own path kept in your own hands. Which traditions you draw from is yours to set, whether you open to all of them or stay with one, and if your practice is prayer, it is prayer here.

Every moment of life can be a Sacred Act. On the train, cooling down after a run, in the ten minutes before a conversation you are dreading, folding laundry, lying awake at two in the morning: the practice comes to where you already are.

WHERE THE PRACTICES COME FROM
More than 1,400 practices are read out of 250 primary texts, from the Buddhist suttas and the Tibetan commentaries to the Stoics, the Sufis, the Desert Fathers, the Daoist manuals and the yogic tradition, and each one is used the way its own tradition uses it, never dissolved into a house style.

PATHS
Say what you are after and you are given a sequence of practices in stages, each one opened by the one before it, with the whole arc kept visible so that you always know which step you are standing on and why it comes now.

APPLE HEALTH
With your permission, the app reads your heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, sleep, and workouts from Apple Health so each practice can meet the state your body is in, and writes every completed sit back to Apple Health as a mindful session. Every sitting is then drawn as a line that holds the heart rate you arrived with, the minute it settled, how far it fell and whether it held, so a sitting after a run reads differently from one at the end of a long day. If you wear an Apple Watch, the readings it writes to Health are what that line is drawn from. Health data is never used for advertising and never sold.

THE MIRROR
Across all your sittings the Mirror names the patterns you cannot see from inside, telling you which postures you actually finish, where your body settles fastest, and what your own words before and after a practice reveal across the months. It says these things plainly, with the evidence attached, warmly and without verdict.

THE TEXTS STAY OPEN
Over 170 complete works are readable in full, with your marks and your place kept, and every practice shows the text it came from and where in the world it was first written down. Ask the guide a question and it answers out of those same texts and names them, so that you can go and read the passage yourself.

Your first meditation is free.

Sacred Act Plus opens the rest, with unlimited practice, every path, the full library, the Mirror and your body's readings, offered monthly or yearly and priced before you subscribe.

The guide is AI and can make mistakes. Practices and replies are written by OpenAI and Google and voiced by ElevenLabs, and the app asks before anything you share is sent to them.

The Sacred Act is not a medical device and does not treat any condition.
