Incredibly well organised & easy to navigate with loads of practical & useful information. I particularly enjoyed the morning meditation & dance resets , the music provided is also amazing. Love the tips & community aspect of this app too . Highly recommend it for anyone wants more integration in their lives & structure that is done in a fun none boring way.

Currently trying out the 7 day saved rave challenge and it’s honestly life saving. Going through some chaos at the moment and using these tools for this time of transformation is incredible. Subtle ways to help get connected with the body and mind but you find it shifts your energy and you will have a great day. I really recommend people try this out and give it a go. It’s worth it. 10/10
