The drivers never come on time and always make me wait or rush like today made me wait for 10 extra minutes I had to cancel

Really enjoyed riding on the SacRT Flex today.  It was a great experience.  Both drivers (Roberto and Shedric) were very courteous and professional.  They got me back and forth to my destinations on time.  I also really appreciate all the helpful information they told me about the Service.  I look forward to taking many more rides with you.
