Can’t click the date when I’m booking a trip without the app
Completely crashing. How am I supposed to use an app if it shuts down when using it?

The app crashes whenever I click the date or time when attempting to book a ride. It also frequently crashes is I’m trying to type in an address that is not one of my primary addresses. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a few times and restarted my phone.

This app used to work extremely well. However with the recent update it is not accessible for a totally blind user to use an iPhone this is not acceptable and needs to be fixed immediately this app is specifically for scheduling app for disabled people it needs to be fixed ASAP

I use the app when it rains but for some reason whenever I try to schedule on the app. For some reason it says something about trip denial despite trying to schedule on operating hours. What a joke of an app

I am currently attending a college and I rely on SacRT to take me home but for some reason on Thursday of all days they are for some reason late on schedule causing them to constantly change the estimated time.

The app has to be easy to use to schedule Sacramento Paratransit rides that are round trip rides. Because riders have to use their phones to schedule rides.

Very easy to book and cancel trips and see when the bus is arriving on the day of pick up. Hope they can add the feature to buy coupons or bus passes, and then be able to show your phone as proof of payment/fare.
