I am also sure the amount of drivers was reduced too. It was kind of bad before but made worse with the new hours. ### 2/5 — Ugh *2023-04-07* Frustrating! Would be great if you could schedule a ride! ### 2/5 — Used to be great but now it is just unusable *2021-04-19, version 3.13.2* It was pretty good before they changed the map and decreased the number of drivers on the road so now I have to wait 44 minutes for a bus that I used to wait for 5 minutes. ### 1/5 — Cheap and Unreliable *2020-01-14, version 3.13.2* This app is way worse than the last one, now the people ordering can’t even be put on a waiting list and they’re immediately shut down with the pop up “We’re full please book at another time.” The riders should at least get their orders confirmed, and the bus takes hours upon hours currently I’m waiting at my school trying to book a ride but it’s “too busy” right now and I’ve been here for 2 hours now. Please fix your app ### 2/5 — Not SmaRT *2020-01-08, version 3.13.2* Not worth the app change... With the old app, at least you could get a ride. This new one, however, prohibits me from getting to school because I cannot get a ride. I would ask you to extend your wait times so that riders can actually book a bus. ### 1/5 — Worst change yet *2020-01-07, version 3.13.2* With the old app I had to worry about the bus taking 3 hours to arrive. With this app I have to worry about the bus coming at all. Your trouble comes when a lot of people seems to be booking during certain peak hours. You are literally kept hanging for nothing. And to try booking again next time. It claims the van is ALWAYS full and does not have a waitlist so what is the point? As usual RT has wasted millions of dollars on a transit improvement that does not even function. FIX YOUR APP NOW SO I CAN GET HOME ### 1/5 — THE WORST TRANSPO APP EVER ! *2020-01-15, version 3.13.2* Literally always busy! They never have seats, and if they offer a seat when i request it they gave it away to someone else. Terrible service. Cheaper than Uber and Lyft for short distances. It remains to be seen how clean the shuttle busses will be or reliable the estimated timing of the app will be though. ### 3/5 — Works great when it works *2023-01-18, version 4.6* Works in a select areas and during off-peak. Peak times are hit and miss with availability.
