My experience has always been pleasant and they have always been more than helpful. Can’t save because it just ends up as a blank file. Must have a non Apple product to get my bank statements and print them. Never had this issue until the last few months. The balance quick view stopped working entirely about 2 weeks ago and about a month ago I tried mobile check deposit it worked worse than it did 2-3 years ago. The app does everything I need it for. Periodic text confirmation process assured me it’s secure. ### 4/5 — SactoCu bill pay and alerts *2019-01-16, version 5.11.24* 1. Bill Pay will not let you adjust or make changes such amount or recurrence period to recurring bills 2. Text msg alerts use a unique phone number which makes it difficult for customers like me to keep track of all text alerts received from SactoCu. All other non SactoCu institutions uses a single number to send text alerts so customers like me can keep track of all text alerts under a single text message string. 3. Dash does not show total number of debit card transactions so we have to count every single debit card transaction. 4. Texting a one time code and calling does no good! I can’t even check my damn Balance as a result of! More inclined to find another financial institution to bank at as a result ### 1/5 — Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! *2026-05-17, version 2026.01.01* My husband opened our account because one of his customers banks with SactoCU. The CU harasses my husband every time he goes in to cash a check. The last check he deposited was under $400. It was put on a 14 day hold. The CU has made it clear we need to use a different bank for 99.9 percent of our business. In the future, we will only use them as a check cashing center for the one customer. I can’t view my account at all!!! When I was forced to upgrade I was told to use the temporary password that was emailed to me... WHAT EMAIL?!?! Never got it! And when I requested for the temp password to be sent, it never was! Great job upgrading IDIOTS! I’m switching to a new bank just based on this bs. I used to be able to sign in to either account. The app won’t capture the back side of the check. As someone who has moved out of Sacramento I rely heavily on the ability to deposit checks remotely.
