## What is Sada | صدى?

Sada is your company's employee experience app — a single place to share how work is going, be recognised for it, and handle the day-to-day of attendance and leave.

Sada is provided by your employer. You'll need an invitation from your company to sign in.

Take a short daily check-in and talk to Sada, your AI companion, in Arabic or English. Ask about policy, flag what's getting in the way, or just say how the week has been.

Your conversations are private. Individual chats are never shown to your manager or HR — only anonymised, team-level themes ever reach them.

Send a Shukran to a colleague who helped you. Earn points for recognition, streaks, challenges and milestones, then redeem them in your company's rewards marketplace.

ATTENDANCE & LEAVE
- Clock in and out from your phone
- Work on-site or remotely, with your company's own rules applied
- Request leave and track your balances
- Book remote days and swap shifts with teammates
- Approve your team's requests if you're a manager
- See your timesheet and fix a wrong day with a correction request

WELLBEING, ON YOUR TERMS
Connect step tracking if you want to — it's off by default and always your choice. Join wellness challenges with your team and see how the company is doing overall.

Fully bilingual Arabic and English with right-to-left support throughout. Prayer times and a Qibla compass are built in.

A company feed for announcements, recognitions and milestones, plus surveys that take minutes rather than an afternoon.

YOUR PRIVACY
- Your check-in conversations are never visible to HR or your manager
- Wellbeing data reaches HR only as team averages, never as individuals
- Step tracking is opt-in and off until you turn it on
- You can opt out of leaderboards entirely
- Working remotely? Sada collects no location at all on a remote clock-in
