I was told my account isn’t verified and will get a call back for verification. I got a call back and he asked a few verification questions. Then after few mins, it says account is blocked. When I call back to support, they informed that my amount which is paid is on hold for verification, which is ok with me but he mentioned if you are fraud we will report you to police. Is that how you speak to your customer ? That was rude. I had done my other verifications earlier with BWallet, Viva cash, benefit pay etc in Bahrain with professional people earlier. This is the last time I will use this app. Never would I recommend your service to anyone.
