Then he logged in and all of my info disappeared. It seems only one of us can use it. Enjoyed the journeys a lot. I can easily type in additional texts. I cannot with this one. Also having issues with finding the online service. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times ### 1/5 — Companion App *2025-01-03* New App, kept taking me to tythe would not let me delete my profile or payment info for over an hour. Similar to a scam. Next day after 30 minutes and signing out the fourth time. I got free. There used to be daily verses and daily hope. That’s gone, now only daily verses. It was very frustrating. Specifically I cannot upgrade to an ios version to support Saddleback new app. ### 2/5 — Constantly crashes or doesn’t load *2025-04-27* I am not sure what happened but since the “new” look of the companion notes section, the app never loads. I try for 45 minutes into service for months and either crashes once in or won’t even let me enter in my name and password. My phone is updated on all apps so I know it’s not that nor is my phone ‘old’ and can’t handle the technology. Not sure what can be done but after being an app notes user on for years, I’m done now and going back to paper. ### 2/5 — Video Issues *2021-06-03* Love Saddleback, the content is awesome. However, this new app is not working correctly. You cannot resume a video where you left off. If you try to forward, you then loose the sound on the video. Frustrating. ### 3/5 — Missing tabs *2025-09-12* I'm so sad that you removed the devotionals in the daily verses with these recent updates. I referred to them daily as part of my quiet time. I hope we can have it back. ### 3/5 — Less functions *2025-01-27* This current app version seems to have less functions, definitely less of the best functions, than previous versions from last year. The previous app versions could play both sermons and play the Immerse audio Bible completely via audio- even when the screen was locked, but this current version when I try to turn off the screen, the audio also shuts off so it makes it difficult hear audio. It’s too bad because that was one of the best way to just listen to the Bible. With the update after the new year, it doesn’t allow you to enter anything except the answers for the blank lines. I suggest the app be enhanced to give users printing and e-mail capabilities with the notes. Currently, the notes in the app cannot be printed or e-mailed.
