This update brings new inventory and staff management tools, plus a range of reliability improvements:

  • Inventory Assignments — Assign saddles and equipment to clients or staff as a lease, trial, or
  in-possession item, with assignment dates and an at-a-glance "Assigned" badge. A new report shows
  everything currently out in someone else's possession.

  • Employee Commissions — Set per-item commissions (fixed amount or percentage) for each staff member,
  with a new Commission Owed report. Staff see only the items relevant to them.
  
  • Staff Management — A new tabbed staff profile for contact and emergency info, address, commission
  structure, and private file storage.

  • Role-Based Permissions — Refined access controls across inventory and pricing so the right people
  see the right information.

  • Improved File Uploads — More reliable document, photo, and receipt uploads throughout the app,
  including PDF receipts and smoother receipt scanning.

  • Invoice & Client Fixes — Better handling of discounted line items, improved client search, and
  various stability improvements.
