## What is Sadhana?

Sadhana blocks the apps that pull you away from your day until you've done something real instead.

Not a timer. Not a lock screen you dismiss in one tap. To open Instagram, TikTok, or any app you've chosen to restrict, you complete a short practice first: a traditional 108-bead japa mala, a verse from the Bhagavad Gita, or a mantra of your own. Real discipline, not a countdown.

WHY SADHANA IS DIFFERENT
Most screen-time apps ask you to wait. Sadhana asks you to do something. The friction isn't arbitrary, it's a few minutes of stillness that most days you're glad you took anyway.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your mantra and your sankalpa are yours. They're never logged, never uploaded, never shown to anyone, including us.

No streak badges, no leaderboards, no sharing. One number matters here: how many times you've shown up. It only ever goes up.
