## What is Sadhasana?

Sadhasana is a comprehensive yoga app that helps you create personalized sequences and workouts to improve your practice. With its powerful and intuitive interface, you can create a chain of intervals associated with a breathing cycle, and craft a sequence that consists of elements made up of breathing cycles and/or intervals.

You can repeat the sequence in cycles and even make mirrors inside the sequence for two-sided asanas. The app speaks inhale, exhale, and holds, making it easy to follow along with your practice. You can define phrases to speak before/after inhale, before/after exhale, or before/after interval start, as well as phrases for the mirror's first pass and phrases for the second pass.

The app has a functionality of a catalog of asanas/exercises that can be filtered by tags, making it easy to find the right pose for your practice. 
The classic Surya Namaskar sequence and Tabata workout are included, providing a great starting point for your practice.

With the ability to export/import sequences, you can share your favorite sequences with friends or backup your progress. You can even turn on tick sounds, vibration, and bell rings to enhance your practice and keep track of time.
