I even contemplated Suicide at one point but tgdd we only reason I didn’t follow through was because of my dog, I couldn’t bear the thought of him grieving for me. I emerged myself in Sadhguru’s talks and interviews and was able to pull myself out of the pit I was sinking into. My healing process is just that …a process, and I have found strength in his teachings. The journey ahead is one that I am taking one step at a time in awareness.
