Sadie’s isn’t just a pole studio—it’s the spot where movement meets good vibes, chill lighting, and a community that gets you. Whether you're looking to dance it out, spin upside down, or just find your flow, this is your space.

With two gorgeous locations—Sadie’s on Lincoln (bright, spacious, and Insta-ready) and Sadie’s Redondo (cozy, colorful, and full of character)—you’ll always have a place to play. Both are fully loaded with pro poles, aerial rigs, mirrors, and lighting that sets the mood.

The app makes it easy to:
