I love this app!  I’m able to work on my health and the health of the planet together.  Tracking my fitness activities and getting trees planted at the same time is a double whammy!  It’s a way to be proactive about protecting our environment that’s super easy.  I feel good after my workout and feel good about the number of trees I’v planted.

I struggle to find motivation to workout during the pandemic especially after taking a week or two off. This app is perfect for me because you create a crew (a work out team) to compete against other crews. Crews compete with each other by accruing trees for each work out completed in order to get on the leaderboard (workouts/ calories burned = trees planted). We were about 2 trees away from being the #1 crew so hopefully we will get there next time! 

Looking forward to see what other environmental projects Sādu will partner with in the future!
