Well, today it is no longer a bar joke: Saeco Pro.Up is an application designed for the latest generation of Saeco machines - such as the Royal range - to really make coffee.

Saeco Pro.Up is the digital solution that allows the operator to remotely manage the machine (configuration, programming, credit management, beverage dispensing) for real-time monitoring across multiple areas and customers.
The end user can manage credit requests and select their favorite beverage in the app for a an entirely touchless experience thanks to the Bluetooth connection.

A simple, fast and safe system: the app becomes the only element capable of creating a true empathic contact point between You and the machine.

Die Suprima, die schon für über 1000 € eine echte Enttäuschung war, ist ja schon bescheiden. Aber die App schlägt das wirklich noch. Sie nimmt weder die Nutzerdaten an, noch kann man hier ein Passwort zuschicken lassen, oder sonstiges. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich überhaupt irgendwas von Saeco gekauft habe. Der Knaller ist auch, dass der Support auf mehrere Anfragen überhaupt nicht reagiert hat. Schreibt man den Verkauf an, kommt sofort eine Rückmeldung. Leute, so geht das nicht.
