I m always waiting for my pick up/deliveries for 2 days. Today, I have a delivery and been waiting for 3 days now and theh haven’t delivered it yet. From 12 noon they kept on telling me that it will be delivered soon, but waited until 7:30pm and no one came to deliver my item. Most of their guys are rude as well! Hope they will fix this. ### 1/5 — Bad application. Sacrifices data privacy *2020-05-02* It was difficult to navigate. Phone number verification took forever. I was not able to search the location of destination. And then the worst happened - Since I was not able to search the location of the destination that I wanted to send my courier to, I clicked a button that mentioned addresses - I was surprised to see several names of individuals, their phone numbers and addresses. This I believe is a serious breach of data privacy. Then I immediately tried to delete my address but I am still unable to find an option. I am surprised how Apple allowed this kind of an application on Apple store. ### 1/5 — Waste of Item *2020-04-10, version 1.2.3* Don’t waste your time and effort downloading this app. I’m not sure how apple has passed this app to be on the App Store. ### 1/5 — VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE *2020-04-09, version 1.2.3* Im very disappointed with their service. The app doesn’t even show live tracking. They have no value for their commitment. From Dubai to Abu Dhbai a package I sent it has been more than 48 hours still did not reach the destination. The contact person keeps lying. He told me driver on the road and will reach by 3 pm latest which was one day ago. After 7 pm they stopped taking calls and did not even reply to whatsapp messages. Even after the they updated the app. The error still persist and we can’t place orders using the app! Never thought I would beg for my money like this. 3 weeks now and still didn’t get my money. Delay COD transfer. Used to have same day pick ups when it was wing, now they pick it up the next day. App is very easy to use and there is an option for FBA as well. Just click “From” (pick up location) and “To” (Options will be shown also DXB1,DXB2,DXB3). They called me same day to pick up my items on my first shipping (which i think is very fast considering the quantity they have to process daily). It will take 3-5 days from their warehouse to Amazon to ship items (which I hope they can improve soon). But overall it was a seamless process. Requesting a new delivery is easy and the delivery is fast, but with Wing sometimes next day meant 2 days but it’s not an issue to me as I am never in a rush. I’ve saved myself hours of driving with this service. I requested same day delivery last month and it arrived the same night.
