Definitely not the level of reliability I want from a primary bank. Even my Dwight tried to go and make a purchase this evening and all our accounts and hers can't access any funds from all accounts. On the app none of our accounts are present anymore and support is down. This isn't a general maintenance like it says on the site. You’ll run into various internal and external transfers, atm, and false positive monitoring. Either they disregard KYC or are too reliant on AI nonhuman systems. I suspect they cater to the type of crowd found lingering around most of their facilities.
