Please fix the app to work well with iOS 7 and fix photo issue. I am unable to upload a photo on "complaint", only am able to "take photo".... It was intermittently responsive for a few seconds, then froze. I had to restart the phone. Also, it quit searching for restaurants after two searches. For the restaurants I HAVE found, it's great! They have every report for them for quite a while back. Very simple and easy to understand. Knowing what is happening in the kitchen helps me decide where I want to eat. ### 5/5 — Know Before You Go! *2014-12-05* This app. makes it so easy to check out a restaurant before you go. You can read the violations and decide wether or not you want to eat there. Love this app! I love that our health department is proactively giving us these resources for our reference! Thank you! It's super easy to navigate, I love the option to search in my area, as well as by name. The best part is you can send in complaints directly through the application, with pictures if you feel necessary!! It's always good to know about restaurants and their attitudes towards compliance with sanitation standards. ### 4/5 — Worth downloading. *2018-03-21* A bit choppy, you need to be a bit patient for things to load. A quick tutorial on how to use the app would be wise. Otherwise the I formation provided makes the app worthwhile ### 4/5 — Provides good information *2015-01-29* The app itself works very well. When I tried to use the map feature to locate a restaurant not listed, when I found and tried to access the restaurant on the map, the app went to Google and would not let me out. I had to delete and reload the app. ### 4/5 — Great app. This is good news! *2013-08-01, version 1.1* The app is simple and easy to use. When searching for McDonald's , type in a couple of letters "Mc" for example. The search button on the bottom doesn't seem to do anything. If you want to search for something else, use the back button or the HOME. It is a bit slow to respond to input , but results are displayed fast. Sorting doesn't seem to work by Grade. A to B doesn't go from B to A after sorting. Very good tool to report violations, have not tried yet. Maybe having a list of simple common health code violations so the public isn't reporting everything they think is a violation would be a good idea.
