Worst service and support ever!!!!

Whenever there is an issue, the team is never able to provide real support. They only give pre-programmed responses, and it is clear that no one actually understands what they are doing.

I purchased a fraction in the secondary market and expected to receive the rental returns at the end of the month. When the time came, I received nothing. When I asked about it, I was told that I am not entitled to receive the rent — even though I bought the unit directly from the previous owner not from SAFE and SAFE received 2% commission.

I asked a very simple question: who received the rent — the previous owner or SAFE? No one responded. The communication was unprofessional and the issue is still unresolved. I will probably report this to FRA.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any application. I requested a withdrawal of my wallet balance more than 10 days ago, and until now, nothing has been transferred. I have sent multiple emails and reminders, yet there is absolutely no response from their side. Their customer service is non-existent, and their lack of professionalism is shocking. Safe application is completely unreliable, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away from it. أسوأ تجربة مررت بها على الإطلاق مع أي تطبيق. قمت بطلب سحب رصيد محفظتي منذ أكثر من 10 أيام، وحتى الآن لم يتم تحويل أي مبلغ. أرسلت عدة رسائل بريد إلكتروني وتذكيرات، ومع ذلك لا يوجد أي رد من جانبهم. خدمة العملاء معدومة تمامًا، ومستوى عدم الاحترافية صادم. تطبيق سيف غير موثوق على الإطلاق، وأنصح الجميع بالابتعاد عنه

الابلكيشن اشبه بتجميع الاموال فقط لا يتم توزيع الارباح حتى بعد الكتابه انه تم التوزيع بعد الرجوع للبنك لا يوجد اي ارباح وايضا النسب التي يدعوها انها ستزيد على راسل المال ايضا كذبه وضعت ١٥٠ الف ما زاد هو ٧ الف ونصف فقط
