Then for many years, I kept this album with no lock. When I needed extra privacy I upgraded to premium for $50 which, reinstated the original pattern lock but as this was many years later, I can’t remember the pattern, so I am locked out. This is years of precious photos, that aren’t saved anywhere else, that can no longer access. I have written to the developer twice but have had no response. I’m devastated 😭.
