Having the Same issues from months back

Map zooms out to show the whole continent of Africa when navigating. Can't even zoom in to check where the driver is. It just zooms out automatically

The screen doesn't change when the ride is over. I have to close the app and then reopen it otherwise I'm stuck on the same 'ride in progress' screen which I cannot leave.

Soooooo much I find the guy has no idea where to go. Even common places like IHK, Face Technologies, or common roads like Bukoto or Lower Kololo.  You can not rely on them to get you somewhere unless you already know the way. 
English is weak by many. 
Some do not have driving permits even!!!!!!!
Others who do. Now the way try to cheat and carry longer to make more money. 

Because you do not screen drivers properly, it is useless. I will pay more for a regular boda just to have the confidence he knows where to go and is actually just as safe - if not more safe.

On iphone SE 1st gen The map zooms out to show the whole of Africa for some reason. I can't zoom in

The ride options (insured plus/electric boda etc) fill up all of the screen I can't see the map. I can't even go back. I have to quit the app and reopen

App doesn't inform me of canceled or completed rides. I have to confirm with the rider. Or force close the app and reload it.

I reported two safety incidents, asking to never be matched with a Boda driver who publicly harassed and abandoned me on two events. Safe Boda said there was nothing they could do, but that I should cancel the trip if I got matched with him again. HORRIBLE matching algorithm if you claim to be “safe” yet dismiss the liability of the fact that serious harm will one day happen because of this negligence. Never using SafeBoda again nor would recommend it.

I would have no problem with this app if they didn’t force us to deposit money before the ride was confirmed. There are instances where I have deposited money on the app but there have been no rides.  it is this is extremely annoying and frustrating since the money is non-refundable.

I simply can’t register anymore.I have use the service from 2018 to 2019 and it was great.now in 2021 I have to download it again because I was back in Kenya and I don’t receive the confirmation SMS to my new Kenyan number anymore, no matter how often I press resend. All other services can send me SMS

The search function seems to be buggy, Also give us an option to favorite restaurants so that we don’t have to scroll through all the time, give us an option to re-order from our previous orders.

I love the app and I love the SafeBoda service. I like that adding credit from mobile money (MTN Money and Airtel Money) is simplified and you don’t have to delve into too many USSD menus and prompts (so annoying) saving you loads of time. Integration with Google Maps maps makes finding destinations/locations a breeze (especially helpful if you don’t know your way around Kampala). 

The app can get a bit glitchy at times but the team behind it are always updating it addressing concerns people bring to their attention.

Really love safe boda as a product but.. 
-iOS version is ridiculously buggy. Theres a list of bugs i can mention, but the most irritating one is that I can’t request a ride half of the time because it still says that my boda is “arriving” from my last requested trip. The other half is me waiting a few min until it updates and takes me back to the request ride screen.
-UI wise, there are some elements that need to be reevaluated when it comes to colour contrast (view in grayscale mode when you design and see the difference). 

Otherwise really great product!

The deliver package service isn’t working for me. As soon as it’s initiated. I get a blank box with a “try again” option. I can’t even cancel or click anything.  It just hangs on “searching for safe boda” screen.

Also a suggestion. Pairing should not say “rider not found” as that is most cases not true. it should instead say “rider not near your current location” and add an option to search for the rider not just near your location but anywhere. phones aren’t all the time using geolocation so the app shouldn’t depend on that all the time for pairing.

Please put an average time it takes to order from certain restaurants so that we can plan better. Otherwise when orders delay,(like I've had to wait more than 1hr 30) it reflects on your brand as “safeboda” . You’re competitor has one up on you for this.
