## What is SafeCheck App?

Safe Check App lets the people you trust know you’re still here — without turning your life into a live feed.

Share your latest encrypted location with approved contacts only. Built for everyday peace of mind and moments that matter, not constant tracking.

WHO IT’S FOR
• Families who want a quiet way to check in
• Partners and close friends
• Anyone who wants safety without public profiles or follower lists

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a username and save your recovery key
2. Connect by username or invite link — you approve every connection
3. Share your latest place with Update now, or enable optional background updates when you move

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Invite-only, one-way connections — no public discovery feed
• Location is encrypted on your device before it leaves your phone
• Trusted contacts see last known place and daily history — not a continuous live stream
• See when someone views your location or opens your history
• Background sharing is optional and under your control

WHAT YOU GET
• Latest location map for people you’ve approved
• Location history with place names and stay duration
• Push alerts when it matters
• Account recovery you control with your recovery key

IMPORTANT
Safe Check App is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g. 911 or 112).
