Уведомления о звонках и сообщениях от ребенка в чате не приходят. Не могу настроить профиль. Не сохраняются настройки

Не работает чат с техподдержкой. Не приходят уведомления о сообщениях от ребенка в чате. Не изменить и не удалить расписание. Не включается функция - уведомление о снятии часов. 
Не приходят никакие уведомления об изменениях в часах ребенка - о низком заряде батареи, о включении/выключении часов и т.д.

Не работает ничего. Местоположение-ошибка. Изменить, удалить или добавить новый контакт-сохраняется, а как только выходишь из меню сбивается. Сообщения в поддержку не отправляются!
