Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth, sometimes one sock works, for an hour. Eventually neither sock will connect. Have deleted app and reinstalled twice. Works for an hour or less then disconnect from Bluetooth again. And they provide no way to contact them to get your money back. Huge mistake. ### 1/5 — Unusable!! *2025-12-17* Unusable with UNUSABLE!!!! iPhone! The socks will not connect to Bluetooth! Phone fully charged, Bluetooth turned on! I like those that can be connected to a mobile phone APP. This is the fastest and most responsive heated sock I have experienced so far. It gives me convenience and I like it very much. I'm planning to buy it again. ### 4/5 — Comfortable *2026-04-01* I suffer from neuropathy and sometimes especially in the winter time. My feet feel like they’re freezing so when I put these electric socks on, it helps my neuropathy. Unfortunately, I am having trouble with the app. Find my devices, but it doesn’t connect them. But they are very comfortable socks, almost like compression socks. ### 4/5 — How to fix your socks that will only pair one *2025-12-04* So if you can only pair one sock turn off your Bluetooth then wait a few sec’s then turn it back on they both will pop up ### 4/5 — Great Socks! *2025-11-17* I have tried multiple different types of electric socks, and these are by far the most comfortable out of all the types that I’ve worn. The heating element is not a wire that is going to cause your foot to be sore on the bottom side. I think the only thing I would ask for an improvement is integration between the app and an Apple Watch to be able to control or have minimal controls at your disposal without having to take your phone completely out that would round out the app in my opinion and make this one of the best if not, the best controllers for electronic accessories. ### 3/5 — Re-in-stall *2025-02-18* If you’re having problems with connection and making it work properly, you are not alone, try deleting it and reinstalling it.
