It is safe and reliable. All staff are friendly and kind. They have never let me down!! Big shout out to Pavel (279), such a lovely gentleman!! ### 3/5 — Often inaccurate even post update *2026-07-15, version 1.26.31* Use this very frequently and have for some time. On the whole it’s great in a city that does not use Uber. However, so often driver location woefully inaccurate or delayed, even after a new update. Also when wanting picked up at let’s say, Tesco - it automatically populates the street address which results in drivers calling.
