Well it never sends you an email reached out to the company via their Support email which I got from their website however, they don’t contact you back, I have two security cameras that I can absolutely do nothing with and have wasted my money and time on purchasing them ### 1/5 — Only works with Wifi. You should be able to speed up your playback, nobody has time to sit and watch minute by minute playback, sure you can skip forward but then you aren’t viewing what happens.
