Importing a backup file from the old app does NOT import the signers, so you can’t use your account. The app falsely complains that the signer keys were not imported because they were not associated with the imported wallet, which is false, because both the keys and the wallet are in the same backup file. Another issue - the app forces you to give your biometric data to import anything. What if a user doesn’t want to share biometric data? Maybe the user only wants to use a password? No. You can’t use the app. It’s a very bad app and the developers are not doing anything to fix it after so many months of reports of issues. This new Safe app asks to import the Safe address and the signers, but when I try to import the signers it requires me to activate biometrics. But my phone does not have biometrics.
