### 1/5 — Do not use, it doesn’t work

The app is broken; the developers are not doing anything to fix it, except writing nice replies here in the AppStore. 

Importing a backup file from the old app does NOT import the signers, so you can’t use your account. The app falsely complains that the signer keys were not imported because they were not associated with the imported wallet, which is false, because both the keys and the wallet are in the same backup file. 

Another issue - the app forces you to give your biometric data to import anything. What if a user doesn’t want to share biometric data? Maybe the user only wants to use a password? No. You can’t use the app. 

It’s a very bad app and the developers are not doing anything to fix it after so many months of reports of issues. 

Don’t get tricked by the nice replies that customer support writes here - they’re not actually fixing any issues.

I have used the old Safe app and I have a Safe address there. This new Safe app  asks to import the Safe address and the signers, but when I try to import the signers it requires me to activate biometrics. But my phone does not have biometrics. So it’s impossible to use this app.

Are you gonna come out with a new app and advertise it and it’s not even as functional as the last one I’m sticking with the old version

Old app had Wallet Connect. Worked great. Now it seems missing from this app? How am I supposed to use it?

**Developer response:** Version 1.0.12 now comes with WalletConnect support
