Summary The SafePassage mobile app works for commercial and residential communities that have subscribed to our general access control SAAS service offering. The app aims to provide it’s users with a venue for updating their visitation list as well as a host of other services. Log on screen A user must go through the registration process an order to obtain credentials used to access the app. When your community registers to use the SafePassage system it is only then that you are able to find your address and name easily as part of our registration process. Without your community’s participation you will not be able to register to use this app. Visitor Service Users are able to add, update and delete visitor information. This gives users the ability to specify how long they want visitors to have access to the community. This also allows users the ability to revoke access for someone visiting. Phone number Service Users are able to add, update and delete phone numbers that can be used for contact purposes. Users can also use this feature to specify which phone number can receive text messages via the SafePassage service. Account This allows the user to see their account information obtain by the SafePassage system. I’m able to add and remove my visitors with ease. It also allows me to remotely open my communities gate and send one time entries to my temporary visitors. ### 2/5 — App doesn’t launch *2025-11-09* For 5 days my app displays a white screen when launched and their website displays a certificate error and won’t launch either ### 1/5 — CarPlay blocks launching SagePassageMobile *2025-08-01* While in my car connected to my iPhone through CarPlay, when I say “hey siri load (or launch) SafePassageMobile, Siri responds verbally with ‘sorry, I can’t do that while you’re in the car’” Apple support said that it is solely the choice of the developer to enable the app’s use through CarPlay. I have verified this, as many others apps are launchable while using CarPlay. Developers, please enable this feature so that I can remotely open the gate when your license readers are not working (too often)! ### 2/5 — App is accessible, unable to resolve set up issues *2025-02-11* Hello. I was worried about the accessibility of the app using a screen reader. The app works well with iOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone 15 Pro using the voice over screen reader, allowing me, a disabled dues paying owner, rightful access. The issue I am having with the app is what happened after set up. Even though I selected my correct address from the pop-up menu, including apartment number, under profile and my account, the apartment number is wrong. it has been a week and after promised calls, issue has still not been resolved.
