Unreliable location. Will not renew ### 1/5 — No good *2024-03-12* GPS always freezing and not giving the correct location. My truck also has a recall that did not show on the SafePoint application. My dealer told me they were including this because it would keep track of my vehicle. Well, after contacting them and getting a poor excuse (not a reason) it is still a waste of money, time, and NEVER gives accurate information on where my vehicle actually is located. I left on errands several times yesterday and it only showed me leaving once and returning once. WRONG!!! Now, I get up this morning and it says my car arrives at home at 2:01 AM. WRONG AGAIN!!!! It was here the entire time. I woke up this morning to the heart sinking realization that my car was stolen. The police unfortunately were not quick to help, but luckily I was able to locate my vehicle and drive to it to see how bad the damage was, and meet the police there. I would’ve never been able to find it without this app. It showed me right where it was and also gave me a timeframe on when they broke into my car and drove it away. If I didn’t have this app, I probably wouldn’t have my car. So, a big thank you from me. You made a horrible day a little less horrible. ### 5/5 — Like it! *2023-03-15* The parked car feature is great when you forget where you parked 😂.
