We can’t keep telling our Airmen to use this product when it never opens after download. They would never believe us to use again. Please send message out to stop promoting this app until it’s fixed.

As a former airman myself all I have to say..it’s fitting that the app opens and closes and does not work. Idk why I expected a government app to work properly. Once again, the AF has the last laugh...

Fix this app!!! I have needed to submit ASAPs multiple times and this new format is terrible. I was asked to test it last year and gave my feedback, but doesn’t look anything was changed. The ASAP program is extremely important for aviators, and this new version turns people away from submitting issues.
