### 1/5 — Won't let me sign in.  Doesn't recognize devices

I have tried to contact the developer, but the link here doesn't work and the one on the site doesn't either.

PLEASE my devices have 4 digit codes not 6, they are all IOS devices.  I can't log in at all, PLEASE

 I've sent direct emails about the problem and no one has contacted me.

It is crucial I be able to schedule rides for urgent medical appointments.  Lines to schedule with Superior only 5 days a week 8am to 6pm.

New forced updated look is horrible! Not able to view day before, not able to click on address/ trip without beginning ride( im inbound now) and getting into area of next ride. Makes planning out day/rides extremely difficult. Want old version back, it was way more user friendly and allowed more freedom for drivers to manage their time better! Absolutely hate this version.

This app doesn't work. It requires an unknown passcode the call center refuses to help with, claiming they have no idea what I'm talking about. They refuse to offer support.

Installed app on iPhone 14 running IOS 18.1. when I launch the app it wants a device code. the device code I use to unlock my iPhone does not work. Second call to SafeRide the rep didn’t even know that had an app.

I was told that this app was only for the driver not ridders , Safe Ride you should make it to where your riders can use it to see where there driver is.

I’ve tried numerous times to activate this app , it asks for my six digit passcode and it says this device not found or invalid code , now how am I supposed to activate the app if it won’t take my passcode ?  UNBELIEVABLE !  REALLY ?!!!
