This past week has been extremely frustrating. The app has completely stopped working, and despite reaching out multiple times to their support team, I’ve received no response whatsoever. The only email I got was a reminder that my subscription is set to renew at the end of May—not exactly helpful. The lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially for an app focused on child safety. When comparing the app to the actual phone, some texts aren’t imported. Most pictures aren’t imported, it just says it’s a picture. I’m also very disappointed with the refresh rate. I contacted customer service and was brushed off saying they see it’s working fine, but I’ve gone a full 24 hours without an update. The app also doesn’t catch deleted messages. So they could be deleting texts and you’d never know. It will just refresh and the timer starts over. Also, all the text messages aren’t importing. I’ve compared the text messages on the phone versus the messages in the app and several are missing. I have had this app for a couple years for my two children. The app is very unreliable. It does not show all of the text messages received and when they do show up, it is usually 2-4 days later. My son still has messages on his device that have never shown up. I have tried to trouble shoot with technicians numerous times; they are always super nice and try to refresh the app, however, it only helps for that day, it’s not a permanent fix. The internet searches don’t show up for closer to 2 weeks, sometimes longer. Another drawback is you can only “enable” or “disable” apps that are on your child’s devices and you cannot choose which apps are disabled-it’s all or nothing. Also, if your child has an iPhone, you will not be able to see incoming or outgoing phone calls. He proceeded with his job, within two hours I was in full control with my husband's phone, I mean I was seeing everything he does from his phone on my phone, I even got both his recently and newly deleted messages back.
