Until you actually need support and they are in NZ and the US rep won’t reply to any of your correspondence.
As a Covid Compliance Director, I was excited to use this technology but it’s difficult to understand and allowing only one owner causes major issues. 
Did I mention the lack of customer support???

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but this app was a waste of my money. 

It's sent alerts to me and when I click in, it tells me I'm near a property for rent on TradeMe.

The fire service call out information is days old. There was no traffic congestion at the false alarm on Symons's Street 3 days after the event funnily enough.

Could have been good. Very disappointed
