The app screen will go completely blank anytime I click into a field to type. Have to completely close the app and reopen to get my fields back. Have yet to be able to log in thru the app.

My son was signed up for lessons and a customer service agent was so rude and disrespectful do not sign your kid up to this stupid school

The SafeSplash Swim School app is fantastic! It’s super easy to schedule and reschedule classes. I love being able to track my student’s progress and get feedback from instructors right in the app. 

The reminders ensure we never miss a lesson. Highly recommend for any parent with a little swimmer!

The app functions which is all that I can realistically ask for. The app itself could “look” better but its’ design is simple and functional. Sign in, See A Class/Camp, Sign up, and Pay. 
As far as the company goes, I called the customer service line on Juneteenth to see if they were open on the holiday, and although it was a local number, I realized quickly that I was speaking to someone who was not familiar with the region. She was a bit short but not rude. 
The swim teacher is the best part though! Very kind and patient with my kid. In the 4 weeks that we have been going, the kiddo has learned how to float & swim! We will continue classes to ensure the techniques learned are consistent and correct. Definitely getting my money’s worth!
