Using iPad Pro. Lost all files. Does not fit screen portrait or landscape. Too large. Please fix.

App crashes when attempting to connect. iPhone will not connect.

**Developer response:** The blue tooth connection must be set up through the APP not the device.  Select the gear in the top right corner of the APP and select blue button Connect SafeTach2.  IF you have further issues please reach out to our Tech department for assistance at tech@maxtonvalve.com or 775-782-1700 ext 4.

1. You could add photos and notes to complement the data gathered regarding defect items found during inspection.
2. If you could complete escalator ride quality data
