Reports are now listed alphabetically in each trade, so they are quicker to find. Smoke Alarm Installation: Brand / model is now a type-or-pick field. Choose one your business has set up, or type anything you like. A photo tagged Defect now shows on the report's status banner, on every report type. On a smoke alarm check, a failed alarm does too. ### 1.6.1 — 2026-08-26 Every report now has a general Notes box. The Electrical Safety Check and Cabling Compliance were the last two without one. On the safety check it sits on the F. Notes tab under Required and Recommended works, and prints in Section F of the report. ### 1.6.0 — 2026-08-25 Draw on your report photos. Tap any photo on a report and Markup opens: pen, highlighter, eraser, ruler and the colour picker, plus text, shapes and a signature. Circle a defect or point an arrow at it and the marks print straight into the report. Test & Tag: set the test date and next test date once for a whole batch. Every item you add starts with those dates, and you can still give a single item its own dates without touching the rest. ### 1.5.9 — 2026-08-23 Fixes and polish. Renaming or hiding fields now works on the Routine Inspection, Entry Condition and Exit Condition reports, on screen and on the PDF. Report headings no longer repeat the word Report on Service, Callback and Safety Hazard reports. Signing out now tells you if any reports have not uploaded yet, and asks before anything is removed from the phone. Teams: a subscription through the App Store or Google Play covers one person. Walk the roof, rate each point, and anything below OK takes its location, quantity, long-term fix and temporary repair. Customise fields, every report type: rename, add or remove fields and dropdown options with one Edit button, and restore anything you removed.
