## What is Safety Evo?

SafetyEvo protects people who work alone and gives their employer one place to see them. It is for companies that use SafetyEvo: your office invites you, you sign in, and you are protected from the moment you start a shift.

FOR STAFF

Start a shift and tracking is on. You can see it on screen, and it stops when you end the shift. Location is only ever shared while a shift is open.

Hold SOS for two seconds and your office is alerted. The alert goes to named people in order, by push, then text, then an automated call, until one of them acknowledges it. You see who has taken it. Works with no signal: the alert is kept on your phone and sent the moment signal returns.

Set a check-in timer before a risky job. If you do not check in, your office follows up with a welfare check and a phone call.

A welfare check from your office appears on screen. Answer "I'm OK" or ask for help with one tap.

A lock screen widget for SOS and check-in, a phone check that shows what is working, and your own record of shifts, check-ins and alerts.

Clock in and out with the same tap that starts protection. See your rota, request time off, and show your digital ID badge.

FOR THE OFFICE

Office mode shows everyone on shift on a live map with battery and signal, open alerts, and the incident timeline. Acknowledge an alert, phone the worker, and record the outcome. Every view and action is written to an audit log.

PRIVACY

SafetyEvo never tracks anyone secretly. Location is collected only while a shift is open and the app shows tracking is on. Your employer sees your location during your shift and nothing outside it. Read the full policy at safetyevo.co.uk/privacy.

SafetyEvo needs an account from an employer that uses SafetyEvo. Employers can book a demo at safetyevo.co.uk.
