This class is outdoors in a beautiful location.  It was fun and challenging.  A great way to stay cool while getting in shape.  Donna, the instructor , is knowledgeable and keeps it interesting.  There is a lifeguard present at all times.  I will continue to go. Give it a try , you won’t be disappointed.
