### 1/5 — Unable to Access Account After Update – PIN Not Recognized

I have been using the Safety app for a while and was quite satisfied. However, after the recent update, the app no longer accepts my PIN (password), showing it as incorrect. I have tried hundreds of times with all possible PIN variations I have used over the past years, but nothing has worked.

This is very frustrating, and I am unable to access my account or important information. I kindly request the developers to look into this issue urgently. Please remove or reset the current PIN, so that I can either create a new one or log in with my existing details.

I am willing to share any necessary information with the development team to resolve this issue quickly.

**Developer response:** Please update the app. Turn off the app, then turn it back on. Enter the PIN you set. If it still doesn't work, please contact us via email. Thank you.
