ToolboxLog turns the safety meeting your crew already holds into a signed PDF you can hand to an inspector, an insurer or a client years later. Pick a topic, tap the people who showed up, pass the phone around so each one signs on screen, and the report is done. Falls and ladders, scaffolding, trenching, electrical and lockout/tagout, heat and cold, hand and power tools, rigging, struck-by, silica, confined spaces, hot work, hazard communication, work zones and more. Washington WAC 296-155-110 requires weekly crew meetings with documented attendance, documented subjects, written minutes, and retention for at least one year, produced on request.
