Can’t believe they didn’t think about confirming if you want that note deleted or an undo feature. Not good news. Swipe down and nothing happens for several seconds, then it scrolls a little. Scroll up, same thing. Try to close (X) the document and it takes a few seconds delay then closes. Tried restarting the app, no difference. Tried restarting the phone, no difference. This doesn’t happen in the menus, only opened documents. ::::: ➡️Here’s a couple ways to duplicate the problem: ➡️Open a new note and copy the following line 500 times: “Test one two three…“ + Return. It should scroll smoothly without hesitation. - Now add a few more lines to it. For me scrolling becomes sluggish taking as long as 2sec between cursor refreshes. ➡️Open a new note and copy that same line 250 times, but this time Number the lines (Select All, tap the Number icon in the formatting bar). Again it should scroll smoothly. - Now add a few more numbered lines to it. And again for me the scrolling becomes sluggish taking up to 2sec between cursor refreshes. 🟢 BTW I never new Safety Note+ Pro existed until I searched the App Store to post this bug report. Fix this bug and I’ll be more than happy to upgrade to help support it. ### 4/5 — Update v7.7.29 has a Scrolling Bug 🐜 *2024-09-16* For years this has been a great bug-free app working thru several iPhone upgrades. I wanted to purchase it to contribute to its further development but it’s not available for purchase, only subscription. If you haven’t noticed, most subscription based business models are dead or dying. People have had it up to here with subscriptions. That was Adobe’s mistake and they never learned. Just make your app available for purchase and I think you’ll see enough people will gladly purchase to own at an affordable price. Today I noticed after opening a saved note and trying to scroll up or down thru the document it no longer scrolls properly. Not good news. Swipe down and nothing happens for several seconds, then it scrolls a little. Scroll up, same thing. Try to close (X) the document and it takes a few seconds delay then closes. Tried restarting the app, no difference. Tried restarting the phone, no difference. This doesn’t happen in the menus, only opened documents. Great app, but it now has a crippling bug 🐜 making it practically useless. And when you upload updates to the App Store, you need to let us know what bugs you’ve swatted: Some of us never update apps for fear of catching a bug and crippling its use, just like what’s happened here leaving us no way to reinstall the previous working app. (This serious & dangerous policy limitation by Apple for iOS and it needs to be rescinded, along with their insistence for incessant & minor updates which may introduce fatal errors & flaws like this one) Bottom line: i can’t use this app to access my documents for weeks until after the developer finds the bug, fixes it, and issues another update. iOS v17.6.1 App v7.7.29 ### 4/5 — Great protected passwords. One hiccup *2024-03-25* I love this app because it keeps my passwords safe and protected. One hiccup is that you cannot select key words or copy paste the passwords or user names like normal selections on an iPhone. The only option is select all which I don’t need. I only need to copy and select the user or password needed. I hope you fix this so it works like a usual iPhone select tool. ### 1/5 — One star. *2024-02-18* Why do you? I don’t know why now I lost everything. All my secure data and notes and business information I stored in it are trapped. No contact from support despite several emails and messages.
