Now everytime I update an inspection category it kicks me back out to my list of inspections. The pictures don’t upload half the time and the app sits there frozen every time you change a screen. ### 3/5 — Great app but could improve *2022-03-04* The app is a great tool for everything I need to do as a safety manager for daily inspection for my job sites. The recent update however I think was a step backwards. The appearance and functionality has gone in the opposite direction since the new update. The app freezes and shuts down constantly, sometimes only the top half of the page is usable and the bottom half is blank. And it sits there spinning like it’s thinking most of the time. I find myself searching for a line item to best capture the scope of work I am trying to document often times to no avail. It might be a good thing if you were to have a platform established in which we, the end user might post suggestions. It is set up for a GC inspecting subcontractors, though. Log out then back in and it said my account was deleted. Great first impression. ### 1/5 — New Update is horrible. *2025-04-16, version 12.17* The newest update has a significant amount of bugs and is almost unusable. ### 1/5 — Greed *2024-03-22* Customer service slow, this company is all about the greed. They have been bought out three times and they add useless features so you need to pay more for things you do not need or use. This program not written by safety professionals and have no one who understands safety. Cost to much for what you need. They take time to get back with you and want you to pay for higher packages for things they setup for you for in earlier versions but now need to buy a package to do simple things. Everytime they get bought out they increase cost and change packages to be able to do what you need and add features you do not need or use so they can justify cost. Li, e cable they add stations you never watch to charge you more and put stations you do watch in different packages so you need to buy more and get less. This program not worth the cost as it will keep increasing and have more issues as they call it fix the program to make it better. They fix to make it cost more for less.
