Unreliable to log in, unreliable to log out, unreliable to track in motion. App unable to toggle between WiFi and LTS, lots of error messages. Sometimes rude staff who wouldn’t help with manually updating location or help log out.

For an designed to keep people safe and help with cost savings and productivity it’s a complete fail.  

Probably the most unreliable app I’ve ever used.

This app is intrusive , dangerous and annoying 
This should have opt in or out considerations 
I work in a stand alone building  with numerous workers and other people and do not require this app 
I Feel Safe where I work 
I do not want to be mandated to have this app on.
But due to their contract being legislated I am forced by my employer to turn this app on 
Which is useless and can literally be dangerous when driving .
Waste of money for certain segments of the  employed population. 
Beyond Frustrating 
Constant reminders to check in every 3 hrs Extremely Annoying and not needed where I work .

This app will not open or load. I have to uninstall it every day and reinstall it and log back it.

Glitches all the time. Can’t see settings in Dark Mode. Now they’ve upped it to check in every 3 hours it’s even worse. It’s supposed to detect when you’re driving but somehow isn’t smart enough to extend your checkout timer if you’re driving home.

Can’t check in when you have 3-4 bars of service, glitches out all the time and have missed multiple check ins to test and no calls for up to an hour later’.  Absolutely terrible, there's are way better apps out there

Installed this app twice, and never received the ‘password reset’ email. (I checked my junk folder, don’t even go there). Utterly useless app, my company will find a reputable provider instead.

App is straightforward.  Simple sos button (use cell signal) make staff feel protected.  Good training to get team up and running.  Worth looking into if worker safety a challenge for you.
