No I don’t need you to walk me through it and I understand you’re doing your best to satisfy your customers requirements (although if this were true you would implement the changes suggested previously) so please don’t patronize me with a generic response. The app needs to be updated to suit ACTUAL physical workers, not administrators. Seeing as how GPS is able to be used, a simple update would allow you to respond with a touch of a button from your phones notification screen and or shake your phone. It doesn't need to track you all the time. Just if your in an Emergancy state then it should send out a gps distress. The system is tolerable when you get the two notifications prior to check in. But if you do t then it get very annoying very fast. If you miss a check in you get a phone call, voicemail and email. All productivity is gone when you are in a loud environment and can’t answer your phone but have to spend 6 minutes checking in and then deleting the stupid automated calls and email. The only thing that requires improvement, is to allow monitors to access their accounts through the app, eliminating the need to use a browser.
