## What is Safetyre?

To keep you safe on the road with your caravan or motorhome, the easydriver safetyre monitoring system monitors the tyre pressure during the journey. 

Our tyre pressure monitoring system has been specially developed for caravans, motorhomes and trailers. Through the clever interface with the easydriver app, all useful information about the condition of your tyres is delivered directly to your tablet or smartphone.

This is because standing loads and sunlight can cause the tyre and carcass to age - even if it does not appear so at first glance. Unnoticed, this can lead to a gradual loss of pressure in the tyre. In order to avoid this or, in the worst case, a burst tyre, easydriver safetyre alerts you when the pressure falls below an adjustable minimum. For full control and maximum safety on tour.

Instead of the caps, simply screw the sensors onto the valves, use the QR code to connect to your smartphone and start your adventure with peace of mind.

Ich habe die Sensoren noch nicht getestet, aber würde es nicht gerade bei so einer App, die man ja hauptsächlich im Auto betreibt, diese CarPlay fähig zu machen???

Verbindung ist mit Update schlechter geworden. Zudem saugt die App die Batterie auch bei Nichtbenutzung leer. Ich lösche und installiere deshalb regelmäßig die App, incl Neuregistrierung. Nervig!

Ich war so dumm das Update zu machen ohne Vorher auf die Kommentare von anderen zu warten.😞

Wenn ich jetzt die App anklicke wird der Bildschirm kurz Schwarz und dann bin ich wieder auf dem Bildschirm mit den Apps.

Seit dem Update zeigt die App sehr zuverlässig den Druck an. Bisher war es im 5m-Kombi im Cockpit schwierig, den Reifendruck zu sehen. Scheinbar war die Bluetooth-Reichweite nicht ausreichend. Mit dem Update ist das nun erheblich besser. Volle 5 Sterne dafür!!!

Wie schon beschrieben, verliert das iPhone (iOs 16.3.1) schnell die Verbindung. 
Auch gibt es Probleme, die Sender zu finden. Vom Auto (Fahrersitz ca 6m von Anhängerachse entfernt) quasi gar nicht. 
Auch unterstützt die App kein Carplay. 
Das Display schaltet sich nach einiger Zeit ab, und dann sind auch die Sensoren weg. Sann muss man erst wieder zum Hänger gehen und die Sensoren neu finden muss. 

Das System ist eine gute Idee. Funktioniert aber leider nur mittelmäßig

Leider kommt immer noch nicht das versprochene Update, welches mir der Service im Mai angekündigt hat und es in den nächsten zwei-vier Wochen kommen sollte. 
Hintergrund ist das mit dem neuen IOS die Bluetoothverbindung ständig unterbrochen wird. Also wenn man App zur Überwachung an hat und im Hintergrund laufen lässt um das Navi z.B. zu sehen, wird die Verbindung zu den Sensoren getrennt. Also dann auch keine permanente Überwachung. 
Auf Kundenservice sollte das Problem zeitnah behoben werden, aber leider bis jetzt nicht der Fall. System daher momentan nicht zu gebrauchen !

Die App ist an sich absolut okay und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Allerdings frisst die App im Laufe des Tages ca 25% meiner Akkukapazität. Kann momentan nur empfehlen, sie nach der Fahrt sofort zu deinstallieren.
