Wish I had trusted the other bad reviews they really do stink. Was denied for the most obvious ear infection claim, zero reason just denied. Such a rip off don’t bother.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased insurance 3 days before any onset symptoms. I had an ear infection that was causing severe pain, I couldn’t eat for a full day because I couldn’t open my mouth really. Because I went to the doctor within the first 72 hours of having the policy I was denied coverage. Despite paying the initial bill and signing up over 72 hours before going in and before having any symptoms. This company is worthless, it would be better to have no insurance than purchase this. Again I purchased on the 9th or 10th of a month, it was processed on the 11th. Then I had treatment on the 13th. Despite ordering it on the 9th or 10th (I forget) it didn’t count until the 11th. Also my coverage was from the 11th to the 10th of the following month. This means that I paid for 11th, 12th, and 13th but didn’t receive coverage. Worthless company…

The app said I was covered but it turns out I wasn't. It still says I am now and it won't let me cancel. Staff wasn't helpful at all and says it's not their fault. Offered me a $20 voucher.

This is a horrible company. Even if you provide them with receipts, medical reports, boarding passes, photos; They will still not pay your claims. They do not read t her attachments you send them and constantly ask you to send medical reports: even if you already sent more than one.

Sounded promising, with modern features available at your fingertips. However, the app is useless, and support team unable to assist. Makes one wonder, if this is a scam - once you purchase your annual insurance policy, you are effectively out of money with no possibility to actually submit a claim.
