Paid for the 12 month subscription and they worked fine for 6 months. Now they won’t connect and I have contacted customer service multiple times and the Chinese help desk tried but they aren’t very good. The latest reply was to check my WiFi. I paid for the cellular connection because WiFi goes down and cameras go out. The problem is the cameras are almost always offline and I can’t get them to go online. Once in a while they will be online on demand. My WiFi strength is good on all of them. I tried the resetting and reconnecting but it hasn’t helped. I contacted customer support through the app but never received any response.
