I downloaded the app in 2019. Never even put my information into the app. So it’s not linked to any of my exchanges. I redownloaded it and noticed a balance of 28,000 mostly in ETH & SAFE I looked the history and ledgers. I’m kind of worried about it now. Any tips how can figure out how avoid getting into trouble? Even if it’s legit I feel bad for whoever was supposed to be receiving the ETH, USDT, Safe. I noticed it’s coming from china and I don’t even want to click on anything or buy anything either. I use CB and UNI but I’m going to send majority of my funds to exodus. Information about how or what my next step should be would be helpful. It seems to beat out other centralized systems, like keeping your money on an exchange for example. It’s certainly a step in the right direction. I just find creation of a new safe being reliant on centralized servers a bit of a hard pill to swallow… This is all pretty much moot anyway swing as the fees per transaction on the main eth net are astronomical at the moment. But that’s not really a problem for this app and it’s services. It works, it’s just way too expensive to actually utilize. I mean, think of it this way. Someone buys a cup of coffee which cost $2.00 but has to pay $150-200 per transaction. Yeah right… We will see if sharding in ETH 2.0 will solve this. Hopefully. Then these apps will be useful. As it stand. We will see. The bright side is, there’s support for other chains. That’s good, except their transaction costs are creeping up as well.
